Innerhalb des „Programms zur Verhütung von Gesundheitsschädigungen durch Arbeitsstoffe“ wurden im Auftrag der BG Chemie mit Methacrylamid ein Mikronukleustest in vivo und eine 14-Tage-Studie inhalativ an der Ratte einschließlich Neurotoxizitätsuntersuchungen durchgeführt. Es wurde keine TOXIKOLOGISCHE BEWERTUNG erarbeitet, da das International Council of Chemical Associations (ICCA) den Stoff behandelt.
Within the BG Chemie “Programme for the Prevention of Health Hazards Caused by Industrial Substances”, a micronucleus test in vivo and a 14-day inhalation study in the rat with neurotoxicity testing was performed with methacrylamide on behalf of BG Chemie. A TOXICOLOGICAL EVALUATION has not been established by BG Chemie, as the chemical is under investigation by the International Council of Chemical Associations (ICCA).
